We accommodate groups of various sizes. For hotel sourcing, we'll need a minimum of 10 rooms to qualify for group discounts with hotel properties. The larger the group size, the more concessions we can possibly secure for you!

We're only sourcing hotel options that meet your needs. You stay in full control of which hotel is the best choice for your event. Once an agreement is in place, you and your team will work directly with the hotel for the booking arrangements and event details.
