Rooms:

There are 10 Double Queen and 49 King Suite rooms. King suites have a sofa with a pull out trundle bed to accommodate 2+ sleepers.

Rate:

$180.00 per night + state and county taxes of 5.5% and local tax of 8% (total tax of 13.5%). You will be responsible for the room rates plus any incidentals from the hotel. The hotel will require a credit card from you upon checking in.

Amenities included: complimentary breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and an indoor pool.

Cancellation Policy:

Hotel guests must cancel on or before September 26, 2025 to avoid penalties. To cancel your reservation you must contact the hotel directly. Cancellations after that date will result in charging a cancellation fee in an amount equal to the first night’s room rate and applicable tax for each cancelled room in the Room Block.

Please note: Mai Yang has guaranteed this room block for the team with her credit card. Cancellations after Sept 26, 2025 will be charged to her credit card. You will then owe this amount to Mai and need to reimburse her. To avoid this, if you need to cancel or change the name on the reservation, please contact the hotel.
